PSP rejects demand for a separate province in Sindh
KARACHI: Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) has rejected the demand of a separate province in Sindh, ARY News reported on Monday.
PSP President Anees Qaimkhani talking at Pakistan House here stated that the demand for a new province will create gulf between the people in the province.
Blasting the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), PSP leader said that the MQM was engaged in ethnic politics for 35 years and caused killing of thousands of youth in this politics.
The people have rejected those involved in dividing them, Qaimkhani said, adding that the MQM’s flop show demonstrated it.
He said MQM didn’t raise the issue of province in the assembly. “More Muhajir are settled in interior of Sindh then Karachi,” PSP leader said.
“They are instigating Muhajir community, I call Sindhis don’t give attention to their words,” he said. “Mustafa Kamal knows, how to heal and make Sindh better,” PSP president said.
A large number of people will going to join the PSP after Eid, he said.
The PSP will hold its public meeting in Karachi and will prove that the people have rejected the politics of ‘change’ and ethnicity, he said.
“They are not removing garbage neither supplying water but only chant slogans and sleep,” PSP president said.
“Mayor Waseem Akhtar laments about lacking powers but at the time to demolish someone’s house or shop, he always remains present,” PSP leader blasted the MQM leader.
