Russell Domingo ready to tour Pakistan

Bangladesh Head coach Russell Domingo is ready to tour Pakistan if the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) agrees to send the team for the T20 and Test series.

Russell said that yes some of the members of the coaching staff have reservations regarding the tour although he has no problems to tour Pakistan.

“Some guys of the team management are not keen to go according to my understanding. But if we have to, then I am going,” said Domingo.

Talking to a Bangladesh newspaper, he added that it needs to be discussed with the cricket board and they will decide what to do.

“This matter can only be discussed once the decision has been made. We need to discuss with the cricket board and the board will decide what will happen next.”

It must be noted that Bangladesh are scheduled to tour Pakistan later in January where they have to play three T20I and two Test but the BCB wants to tour for shorter format only and Tests to be played at the neutral venue.
