Karachi: Former English former cricketer and current international coach who specializes, Ian Pont in T20 has predicted Karachi Kings as the winners of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season five starting from tomorrow.

The 58-year-old shared his predictions on Twiter and thinks Kings will lift the trophy because of new head coach Dean Jones who is going to work his magic with local players.

“Here we go with my PSL 5 predictions, Karachi Kings winners,” he wrote. ” Dean Jones to work with local players,” he added.

He predicted Peshawar Zalmi as the runners up whereas Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans as the semi-finalist.

It must be noted here that Kings will play their first match against Peshawar Zalmi on February 21 at National Stadium Karachi. The league’s first match will be played between defending champions Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United after a glittering opening ceremony.
