Live: Pakistan win toss, decide to bowl first against England in Canberra

Canberra: Pakistan women have won the toss and have elected to bowl first against England women in their second fixture of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup at Manuka Oval.

Pakistan is going with one change, Sadia Iqbal is in for Anam Amin. England is unchanged for their third encounter.

“We need to make moments for ourselves. Put them under pressure and capitalize on that. The last game gave us a lot of believe.” Bismah Maroof said after winning the toss.

“I was going to bat, The pitch looks a little bit slow, hopefully, put runs on the board and then defend it,” Heather Knight, England skipper.

Pakistan won their first match against West Indies by eight wickets whereas England convincingly defeated Thailand in their last fixture.
