It must be noted that Shoaib after Umar Akmal’s ban, criticized PCB legal department and legal advisor. He also called PCB’s legal advisor Taffazul Rizvi as an inept person.
Rizvi filed a Rs100 million defamation suit against former pacer and wants him to retract from his statements, in the same manner, he made in the first place and make an unconditional apology that he misstated.
“Pay Rs.10 crore for defaming me and leveling false allegations against me, which will be donated to the Medical center of Lahore High Court Bar Association,” he said.
“Shoaib Akhtar remarks have affected by goodwill and have said false things about me on social media. His remarks were heard all over so I decided to send a legal notice,” he added.
