PAKvZIM: All 107 COVID-19 tests return negative ahead of ODI series

Rawalpindi: A total of 107 Covid-19 tests, conducted on the players and management of Zimbabwe and Pakistan sides as well as the match officials, have returned negative, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed.

All 107 individuals have now entered the bio-secure bubble in a local hotel and are now allowed to interact with each other and move freely within the bio-secure bubble. Both sides will train at the Pindi Cricket Stadium today from 1 pm.

The national squad reached Islamabad by road from Lahore yesterday, while the players and officials of the Zimbabwe squad had also shifted to a local hotel in Islamabad yesterday.

The first ODI of the series between the two teams will be played on October 30 at the Pindi Cricket Stadium.
