Amir is world’s best bowler: Karachi Kings’ captain Imad
Karachi: Karachi Kings’ captain Imad Wasim has termed left-arm pacer Mohammad Amir as the best bowler in the world.
The 32-year-old Imad made these comments after Kings defeated Multan Sultans by seven wickets yesterday in the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) season six.
“I always believe he [Mohammad Amir] is the best bowler in the world, not just in Pakistan,” Imad said.
Imad believes that Amir has the ability to bowl well even on flat tracks. Amir picked one wicket for 34 runs in his quota of four overs, which included a maiden over to Sultans’ captain Mohammad Rizwan.
“Even on flat tracks, he’s bowling so well. I always back him. I think he’s the best bowler in the world I’ve played with. I think he’s executing it very nicely,” he added.
