Emerging all-rounder Abbas Afridi becomes part of Karachi Kings’ squad
Karachi: The defending champions Karachi Kings have completed their 18-member squad after including the 19-year-old Abbas Afridi for the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) season six.
Imad Wasim led Karachi Kings had reserved their supplementary 18th pick at the Players Draft that took place in Lahore on January 10.

The right-hander Abbas was the leading wicket-taker for Pakistan U19 in the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup, he took nine wickets in five matches. He also represented Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the 2020-21 domestic season.
Note, the extravaganza is scheduled to start on February 20 with Karachi Kings taking on Quetta Gladiators in the first contest.
