Indian team’s fan Jarvo banned from Headingly for life
LEEDS: Indian cricket team’s fan Daniel Jarvis aka Jarvo has been banned from Headingly for life after he entered the ground as a batsman during fourth day of third Test here between India and England.
Yorkshire Cricket Club’s spokesperson confirmed that a lifetime ban and financial penalty were imposed on Jarvo for violating security measures.
“Yes, Daniel Jarvis will be banned from Headingley for life. We will also be imposing a financial penalty,” he told an Indian publication.

This was not the first time Jarvo entered the ground during this series as earlier in Lord’s, the English citizen breached the security and entered the pitch donning the Indian jersey, pretending to be an Indian player.
