Sohaib shines as Southern Punjab post 175/6 against Northern
Rawalpindi: Sohaib Maqsood starred with 47-ball 75 as Southern Punjab post 175/6 in 20 overs after being put in to bat first by Northern in 10th match of the National T20 Cup.
SP’s skipper Sohaib opened the batting and looked in classical touch from ball one. He stroked eigh fours and four sixes.

Salman Agha, playing his first match, scored 24 off 24 while Khushdil Shah made 20 off 22 balls. Aamir Yamin strengthened SP’s score with nine-ball 23 while Azam Khan made 12-ball 18.
For Northern, Mohammad Musa picked three while Haris Rauf, Imad Wasim and Mohammad Nawaz took a wicket each.
