PM Imran Khan praises Pakistan Kabaddi team for winning World Cup
Lahore: Prime Minister Imran Khan has congratulated Pakistan Kabaddi team on winning a nail-biting World Cup final against India last night at Punjab Stadium.
“Congratulations to the Pakistan Kabbadi team for winning the Kabbadi World Cup after defeating India,” PM took to Twitter to expressed his joy.

Pakistan defeated India by a score of 43-41 to become champions for the first time. At half time, Pakistan trailed 24-18 but scratched their way back in the second half to crown the new world champions.
Pakistan was awarded a cash prize of ten million rupees along with the trophy while the Indian team received seven point five million rupees cash prize. Iran, the third position team were rewarded Rs5 million.
