‘Satisfied with current form, will try to continue’ Faheem Ashraf
CENTURION: All-rounder Faheem Ashraf is confident to continue his form and win matches for Pakistan against South Africa.
Speaking in a video message from the sidelines of the team’s training camp, Ashraf said the training camp is going well for preps ahead of the white-ball series.
“We are here trying to adjust to the conditions as soon as possible. Training is going well and we are doing batting, bowling, and fielding sessions to improve ourselves for the series,” he said.
“I am satisfied with my form and I am looking forward to giving my best and win matches for Pakistan on this tour,” he added.
Moreover, Ashraf termed overseas tours ‘tough’ as always. “Overseas tours have always been tough for us. It is not easy to adjust and play in these conditions but we are trying to cope up with it,” concluded Ashraf.
It must be noted here that Pakistan is scheduled to play three ODIs and four T20Is against South Africa from April 2 to 16.
