PAK Women ‘A’ beat WI Women ‘A’ by 14 runs to seal T20 series 2-0

ANTIGUA: Kainat Imtiaz bagged three wickets to help Pakistan Women ‘A’ beat West Indies Women ‘A’ by 14 runs in the second T20 and win three-matches series by 2-0. 

Set to chase 109 runs in 20 overs, West Indies batters fell apart after regular intervals. Rasada Williams was the highest run-scorer with 21 runs followed by Reniece Boyce’s 17 off 23 balls with the help of two boundaries.

Apart from Kaniat, Aimen Anwar, Rameen Shamim, and Maham Tariq bagged a wicket each.

Earlier, Muneeba Ali Siddiqui (27) and Kainat Hafeez (24) rescued Pakistan A to 108-5 in given 20 overs. Muneeba struck three boundaries and a six while Kainat smashed a boundary and six each. Skipper Rameen made 21 runs with the help of just a boundary.

For West Indies A, Caniesha Isaac, Qiana Joseph, Kaysia Schultz, and Steffie Soogrim took a wicket each.
