Dean Jones urges PM Imran Khan to wear Karachi Kings’ jersey

Karachi: Karachi Kings head coach Dean Jones has urged the prime minister of Pakistan Imran Khan to wear Kings’ jersey for the upcoming edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL).

While talking to ARY News exclusively, Dean wants Imran to come to the ground and support us for the matches. “I urge him to wear Karachi Kings’ jersey, come to the ground and back us,”  Karachi head coach said.

Dean termed Imran, the only world cup winning captain of Pakistan in 1992 as the greatest bowler and hailed his decision as a prime minister of bringing cricket back to Pakistan.

“He was a legendary bowler and as PM his efforts to bring international cricket back in Pakistan have been successful,” he added.

It must be noted that Deano was appointed as the head coach of Karachi Kings and has arrived in Pakistan for the PSL five starting from February 20. King’s will start their PSL campaign against Peshawar Zalmi on February 21st in Karachi.
